Apartments are not ideal environments for pets; consequently, a pet’s acceptability on the premises must be based on the owner’s control, his or her consideration of the property and courteous concern for neighbors. The following are the rules to be observed by pet owners residing in the apartment community.

1. No animal(s) of any kind are allowed at or in the apartment community at any time without prior written consent by management.

2. In order to keep the grounds clean and sanitary, all pets must be taken to the outside perimeter of the community for their defecation purposes. It will be a violation of these rules and regulation if any tenant simply leaves their dogs poop on the ground without the removal. You can and will be charged for this violation. Please pick up and properly dispose of your pet’s business according.

3. Pets must be leashed at all times when leaving the apartment to go outside of the property.

4. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the apartment on the patio.

5. Patios should be kept clean of pet droppings. During hot weather, specifically, odors from such can be extremely offensive to your neighbors, also please avoid leaving pet food outside as it will attract unwanted animals or pests.

6. The Tenant will be asked to remove any pet that consistently bothers other tenants, whether inside or outside, or constitutes a problem or obstruction to the agents or employees of the landlord or owner from the properly performing their functions, duties and responsibilities. If the tenant fails to remove said pet, following several complaints of the resident and or request from Management, the lease may be terminated with penalty fees.

7. Tenant must provide proof that animals have received current vaccinations and have been neutered/spayed.

8. Restrictive Dog Breed List:

  • Doberman Pinscher
  • Rottweiler
  • Bully Breeds
  • Cane Corso
  • Akita
  • Chow-Chow
  • Mastiff Breeds
  • Malamute
  • Wolf Breeds/Hybrids
  • Belgian Malinois

9. Reptiles are to be always kept within their cages or within the unit. If a reptile escapes within the building and animal control is called to help recover the animal the tenant will be responsible for any damages or charges associated with the recovery process. We do not allow any snakes and any poisonous reptiles or animals of any kind. If the tenant fails to comply with these rules and or request to remove from management, the lease may be terminated with penalty fees.

10. Rodents and ferrets must remain in their designated cages or enclosures at all times. If assistance is needed to retrieve the animal, the tenant will be responsible for any damages or fees incurred during the recovery process.

11. Tenants are not permitted to have a fish tank exceeding 50 gallons in size. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from water leakage, and the landlord will not be held responsible for such issues.

These rules are to be strictly observed and will be enforced by the Management. We hope all tenants will understand that these rules have been made for their protection, pleasure and convenience in order that this property may maintain a reputation for refined, quiet and happy living. Please help us maintain the reputation. The Management reserves the right to make such other reasonable rules as such, in the judgment of the management, from time to time become necessary to protect the safety, care and cleanliness of the premises and for the preservation of good order therein.
