How much is it to apply?
- $300 deposit (based on credit approval)
- $200 administration fee
- Application fee of $75 (waived for the first 20 residents)
Do you have garages?
Do you offer month to month or short term leases?
What are the utility costs?
Utility costs are included in your rent—no extra charges! We cover all the following utilities:
- Electric
- Water
- Sewer
- Trash
- Wi-Fi
There are no hookup fees for any utilities.

How do I apply when I’m ready?
There are several super easy options for applying:

- You can also call and we’ll email a quote with a quick and easy link to the application

- 5″ thick structural insulated panels (SIP) walls, R-32+ insulation value in lieu of R-19 in a conventionally framed building.
- Lightcolored flat roofs with fully insulated truss cavity, R-50+
- High efficiency, electric heat pump mini-spit air conditioners with outside fresh air intake.
- Windows are insulated with Low E coating U=.32, SHGC=.19
- All lighting is LED with occupancy sensing controls in common areas
- On-site solar generation and use, estimated to provide 100% of total demand.
- Building flat roofs are filled with fixed angle panels
- Garage roofs are flat for future solar panels
- Solar Tree, computer controlled to follow sun
- Synthetic cork based stucco finish
